Our team successfully installed irrigation sleeves from island to island in the Target parking lot over the course of three nights. Each morning by 7 AM, the lot was meticulously cleaned, ensuring it was ready for full parking capacity as if we were never there. This seamless operation allowed Target to continue serving its customers without disruption during the project.

Our team removed the preexisting broken and sunken concrete. We excavated for 4-inch SCH40 downspout drains and a trench drain, while importing crushed concrete to create a robust base for the new 5-inch-thick concrete. Additionally, we trenched and installed the electrical service conduit. Upon completion, it looked as if we had never been there!

Our client had issues with basement flooding. We diagnosed the issue as a plugged footing drain and failed waterproofing. We excavated around the problematic area and installed a 6 inch tile. While we had the basement walls exposed we repaired the failed waterproofing. Lastly, we backfilled with the best drainage sand available

Additionally, we built a retaining wall, removed trees, completed final grading, and finished it all off with hydroseeding. This project involved intricate coordination, including the of removal of trees/fences, excavation, importation of materials, irrigation relocation, concrete lifting, electrical conduit installation, culvert work, asphalt paving, final grading, and hydroseeding. Welcome to our project highlight! This two-phase endeavor, completed in the 2024 season, transformed a two-acre site into a stunning space for a new barn. Our work included land clearing, wood hauling, stump disposal, building demolition, hillside excavation, pond, efficient watershed creation, and the construction of a natural boulder retaining wall.
